Job Title: CLEANING PROFESSIONAL WANTED

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, honest, and trustworthy cleaning professional with a strong attention to detail to clean our 10 properties in South London. This role involves weekly cleaning of communal areas, ensuring they remain spotless and well-maintained for our tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning kitchens, lounges, hallways, stairs, and corridors in each property

  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces

  • Cleaning kitchen appliances and ensuring communal areas remain hygienic

  • Emptying bins and keeping shared spaces tidy

  • Providing a list of cleaning products needed for each visit and monitoring supply levels at each property

  • Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management

Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel to South London weekly

  • Experience in residential cleaning is a must

  • Ability to work independently and take pride in maintaining cleanliness

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards

  • Must be reliable and punctual
