Handyman Wanted!

About Us:
We are a small property management company based in SW London, managing around 10 properties across South London. We’re looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled handyman to handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

This role would suit someone already working as a handyman in the area who is looking for additional, regular work. We can guarantee at least one day a week, with the potential for more depending on availability and workload.

Remuneration:
180–£230 per day (guaranteed day rate, no quoting or estimating required).

Job Description:
You’ll carry out a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks across our portfolio of properties. Work may include:

  • Minor plumbing repairs (toilets, taps, drainage issues)

  • Basic electrical and general maintenance

  • Painting and decorating

  • Repairing doors, locks, blinds, and fixtures

  • Furniture assembly and moving

  • Garden and outdoor maintenance

  • General property upkeep

Complex electrical, plumbing, or gas works will be handled by our qualified tradespeople.

  • Flexible: We can offer flexibility around your schedule, ideal for someone balancing other work.

  • Detailed: You follow work instructions carefully and ensure each task is properly completed.

  • Reporting: You can take before and after photos and send updates via WhatsApp.

  • Friendly: You’re comfortable interacting with tenants, some of whom may be young professionals.

  • Value for Money: You’ll receive guaranteed day-rate work, no time wasted pricing or estimating jobs.

  • Skilled: You take pride in your work, have good attention to detail, and come equipped with your own tools and materials (larger items ordered for you).

  • Resourceful: Able to source materials locally (e.g. Screwfix) when needed.

  • Independent: You can manage your day efficiently with minimal supervision.

  • Transport: A van or car is ideal but not essential. We have a local workshop and tool storage.

  • Positive Attitude: You’re proactive, accountable, and have a can-do mindset.
